Does it matter what kind of breakfast you have?
It does matter. It's the same if you eat one spoon full of yogurt versus the whole self-carton. It reflects your attitude, what you will eat the rest of the day, and how much energy you will have! Using your examples, if you ate your lucky charms and pop tarts, Then you went to sports practice, you wouldn't make it. However if you ate your special K cereal and toast, you would. Because the 1rst set is all sugar. Sugar is energy (sort of) but it slows you down after about 30 minutes then you feel terrible. The 2nd set offers protein and nutrition, pure energy.
