Hi fellow seniors, what is your favourite kind of fish?

Salmon, sprinkled with lemon or lime juice baked with ginger, cilantro or parsley, a bit of chopped onion, salt & pepper. Trout is good cooked on the barbecue grill. I learned to love sardines in Morocco, filled with a spicy mixture called chermoula and fried, great sandwiches from those. And a tiny little freshwater fish that they called whiting, nothing like the large whiting fish my sister used to cook. They were very mild & tasty.
