What does "plareen" mean?

The title of the 11th song off Tab Benoit's album The Sea Saints Sessions, is "Plareen Man". But I don't know what the term plareen references. I looked it up in a cajun online dictionary, but it was not there. The closest I could find was if you make it a mispronunciation of praline (praw leen).. (which sort of makes sense, except who would make a mispronunciation into a song's Title?)
