Should i stop worrying about this?

"Do israelis hate people like me?" I think you would probably find that Israelis are a varied group, with narrow-minded racist idiots, as well as good kind people. I really don't know, I have only had one Israeli friend before, but he was a really nice guy. If you are living in Israel, I guess it is an important question. Otherwise, I think you should just worry about the one Israeli guy you like, and maybe his immediate family. If he likes you, then that is the only Israeli that actually matters, right?
