Staring into space or not?

well i was in cl working on our group project (and our groups were igned to us) and then my teacher stared talking but no one was really paying attention (nothing new there) and i saw this guy lets call him john, the guy in my group or whatever you want to call it. and he was staring right at my chest!!! and im a girl so it was really awkward. it sort of looked like he was staring into space but he was also talking to one of his friends still looking at my chest!!! it took a while before i caught his attention but he didnt give any hint that he purposely stared there or didnt. i didnt want to ask my friends or john about what happened because what if they thought i was being parinoid or worse...THAT THEY MIGHT THINK I LIKE JOHN!!!!!!!!!!!!! ewww! so yea does it dound like he was staring at my chest or just staring into space??? thank you in advance!
