"Best friend" dilema HELPP????!??!??!??!?

In dec 08, my friend texed me saying she loved me shes a ...i didn't take it to well...days later, she texed me again and was very clingy and said she was sick etc but i didnt take it seriously at all and told her my bf was sick. she then randomly started texting me saying mean things so i threatened to call her mom and report her. we kept this on for a whole month. In january she randomly texed me saying she wants to remain friends. I told her to get off my face. we lost contact till june 09 when i called her up to come to my graduation but she didn't come. I didn't make anything of it and called her up a few months later and when i did she asked "who's this" and i was like why u didn't save my number and she said her phone was acting up...she said she had to go and was going to call me back. Since then i haven't heard from her. This was in July...what do you think shes up to.
