We live next to them everyday! Where I live we have a state run facility where the crazy murders and rapist go! No walls, No fences and they take weekly trips to Wal-Mart! There have been a few that have run off, and one hit the maintenance man in the head with a hammer a couple of times. He lived. But we can't lock them up, because that would violate their civil rights, they are too nuts to understand!!
