Can I give my two month old rice cereal?

No cereal until at least 4 months. And even then, only if he is able to eat it from a spoon without pushing his tongue out and losing the cereal. Generally, babies lose the reflex that makes them thrust their tongue with cereal right around the time their tummies gain the enzymes needed to break down the cereal. Funny how that works. God designed 'em that way. Cereal should not be put into a bottle. If they can't eat it from a spoon, they aren't ready for it. Try stretching out the 6 ounces by stopping frequently to burp, talk to him for awhile, etc. Sometimes when babies (just like adults) eat slower, they feel fuller.
