How can I lose fifteen lbs?

I'm 14 in like 3 weeks. I'm a guy. I'm 5'5 130-135 lbs. I feel FAT and GROSS. I was at 125 and i almost made it to my goal of 120, then I started overeating and now i've gained like 5-10 lbs in the last 2 months!!!! PLEASE help me. And my bmr is only 1700 and someone on here said that means im sedetary but i don't know how, cause i exercise everyday. But anyway. I know it's healthy to lose 2 lbs a week. BUT you would have to cut 1000 calories! Leaving me with only 700 calories a day! That's enough to go into starvation mode. I don't go into atkins crap or any of those low carb trash. BUT please help me out. How am I supposed to lose 15 lbs without cutting calories to low??? And how long will it take for me to lose 10-15 lbs?
