How should I do my hair for a 80s party and makeup?

It's tomorrow and I don't have a teaser but I wanna tease my hair and I wanna be the one that gets a lot of attention but not alot.. Ok so any ideas for hair and make up I only have eyeshadow mascara blush so any ideas!!!.???
