I'm starting small biz (cofi shop) in Oakland, CA any advice?

So I was fired a few month ago and I am kind of looking for a job but I have this idea of starting my own bisness. I'm thinking of a coffee shop with free wifi. I worked at startbux so I know how to make any coffee plus I'm an enterpreneur at heart so pleanty of energy to do this. What is the best advice you can give me?
