Yep, all the time. I still GOD BLESS YOU, too. It's a force of habit. There is nothing wrong with GOD BLESS YOU, you are merely wishing the person good health. And the other GOD phrases have become figures of speech. I doubt very many Christians even think about it, or really mean it, when they say it. You just do it without thinking about it.
