Should I get the Swine flu vaccination?

At first, I was totally against getting this vaccine because I have heard of bad side affects from the shot. Now I am wondering if I need to get this shot due to my heart condition. I have had a few episodes of my heart racing for no reason. I had many doctor appointments and they couldn't figure out exactly what caused this. I have been told that the Swine flu may effect me more due to this "underlying" health condition. What is your opinion? What have you heard about the vaccine? Please provide sources. P.S. I am under 18 so is that more of a reason for me to get the vaccine?
