Your best and cheapest way to upgrade your system is the ram. Ram is usually the biggest bottle neck in a system. See what your motherboard supports and get faster ram. If you cant up the hertz of the ram then look into memory timings. Other than that not much really to do. Other than install a seconded video card if applicable, and if you do that look into a new powersupply.
