WTF is going on with cartoon network?

ok... why is pg stuff on cartoon network i thought it was kids channel not a teen for example total drama island and 16 teen.also why is their real stuff like the othersiders where's the cartoons like code lyoko,billy and Mandy and the other cartoons we know and love i know thirs still our old cartoons like ed,Edd and Edy but soon it wont be cartoon network any more..
