Are moderators allowed to be prejudice toward people they don't like? All of a sudden I m not allowed to post

I posted regular events for cles. A moderator became angry with one of the teachers I post for and now she won't post not only the one teacher but will not post for any event by any teacher that I send in. Also I don't have a reason from her. I am confused by her behavior.
